The Streets of Dan Francisco
Man Paul Marshall draws the shit out of this. The Al Ewing stuff is funny and clever and has an edge, the Arthur Wyatt stuff gets you surprisingly invested in a character with such a goofy name. Easily the highlight of this issue.
