I'm not sure how to review this one. It was just very average.

I found the start very confusing, but gradually throughout the volume things become clearer. The flashbacks were far more interesting than the present day storyline and set up a few mysteries that I'd hope are resolved at some point in future volumes. Unfortunately I didn't really like any of the characters, so did not get invested in their story at all.

The art style is fine, it didn't stand out as particularly good or bad. It has very minimal backgrounds though.

Overall I don't think I will bother continuing with the series.

A teen plays a somewhat undefined role in the local Yakuza to get money to keep his sick-with-a-vague-alement brother alive while his friend (?) maybe has a crush on him in a world that is vaguely hinted to maybe not be our own. This felt underdeveloped.
