This is the first book in the Moore Men series. Finn is a rancher and a father of a four year old son. His nanny has decided to leave town and he needs a new nanny fast. His FWB Violet (although she thinks she’s his girlfriend) suggests her twin brother Ash. Ash has just lost his teaching job and in desperate need of money. When Finn and Ash first meet it really was a little awkward. Ash doesn’t think he would get the job but Finn is desperate. Soon after Ash moves in there is some settling issues. But, Finn is thrilled that his son Tucker loves Ash. Ash is cooking dinner for the family, packing lunch for Finn and sending Finn the cutest texts and videos of Tucker throughout the day. Finn has noticed that both of Ash’s nipples are pierced and when he discovers he’s pierced somewhere else. Oh my!!!  Finn is almost 30 and has always been heterosexual. He doesn’t fight the feelings but he is wary. Now Ash is just a downright tease calling Finn, daddy and taunting him with his “toys”. This is a very steamy book and I enjoyed the grumpiness of Finn learning to deal with and tolerate the happy sunshine of Ash. Amazing start to a brand new series. I cannot wait for the second book.

I absolutely loved this. The tension and angst was done so well without being annoying. It could have gotten repetitive but it was the right amount of push and pull on top of adult conversations. This could have gone in a very stereotypical way with the storyline but I think it was unique and lovely. The spice is also VERY good.

Favorite Quote:

“This may be new for me, and it may have taken a while for me to figure it out, but I’m not a man who says shit he doesn’t mean. I meant it.”

My favorite moment was experiencing the horror Ash feels when their world gets tipped upside down. Watching it unfold with his eyes and worldview gave me a perspective I hadn’t seen in awhile.

Tension was held beautifully through the entire book. Tucker was well written. This was a pleasant read.

Thanks for the ARC!

This book completely took me by surprise in the best way. Finn is the perfect blend of small-town charm, sizzling tension, and heartwarming moments, all wrapped up in a grumpy/sunshine, opposites-attract romance that had me hooked from the start.

Ash is down on his luck when his twin sister throws him a lifeline...a job as a nanny for her boyfriend’s young son. It’s not exactly what he had in mind for his next career move, but it’s a solid opportunity... even if it means returning to his hometown of Wolf Creek and working for Finn, the broody, no-nonsense cowboy who doesn’t seem too thrilled about having him around.

But Ash isn’t one to back down from a challenge. And the longer he stays, the more he realizes that Finn’s sharp glares aren’t just about annoyance, they’re about frustration. And maybe, just maybe, Finn doesn’t hate him at all. Maybe he’s just fighting something he’s not quite ready to admit.

The banter between these two? Absolutely top-tier. Finn is all gruff, closed-off energy, while Ash brings the lightness and teasing that slowly starts to break down his walls. It’s the kind of chemistry that simmers until it boils over, delivering a delicious mix of tension, sweetness, and some seriously steamy moments.

If you love:
 ✔️ Grumpy/sunshine dynamics
 ✔️ Small-town cowboys
 ✔️ Opposites attract
 ✔️ Bi-awakening
✔️ And a touch of Daddy Kink

Then you need this book in your life! It’s fun, emotional, and just the right amount of spicy.
