Had a rough start, got better towards the middle and then the ending was rough again. I don’t think it was the right book for me so I probably won’t read the sequel.

I rooted for Violet and Xaiden the whole time.

The sex scenes weren't bad either. I could see their love.

It was a straight-up page-turner. Yarros now has me hooked on enemies-to-lovers romantasies with dragons.
