This book is great and I recommend it to parents and therapists alike. One of the great things about my job is that my personal development is also professional development! As an IFS informed therapist, Good Inside presents the framework for parenting that resonates with me. Dr. Kennedy (aka Dr.Becky) presents tangible strategies for a variety of challenges and helps the reader to recognize their own needs as well as their children's needs. I love IFS and as a result I love Dr. Becky, even if her reenactments are a teensy but cringey!
