Probably one of my favorite parenting books. I enjoy her advice, her writing voice, and she covers a thorough amount of topics in this book! Appreciate that her number one tip for parents is to get good at repairing the relationship because it’s never too late and you’re definitely going to do or say things to your kid that you wish you didn’t.

I have read many self-help books, and this is the best book with the most practical information that can be used immediately. Becky breaks down everyday parenting experiences and issues and offers specific interventions that can be used immediately. If you are looking for support in parenting, this is it! I have never felt more equipped to break cycles and support my kids. This book will not be on my shelf but will be kept in reach for quick reference for a long time.
I found this very interesting to read now, even though we are grandparents. I wish I’d had this when our children were younger. This is an interesting way to relate to your children, even if they are now adults. Highly recommended.
