I liked it but it was very slow. You didn’t really understand very much of the point of the story until the VERY end. Also, the ending was a little confusing.

I can't tell if I actually liked the book or hated it. I think I liked it. I honestly don't know what to think?

Okay I've been thinking about this book ever since I read it and quite frankly I can't stop thinking about it. I actually really liked this book I'm not gonna lie. But it's one of those book that I'm really surprised I liked. It's a book that I'm afraid to recommend to a friend because I feel like they wouldn't like it and would criticize it and then I would be mad because I actually like the book. But once again I don't know why I like it!

The writing was very different. It took me longer than usual to finish the book. The author does an excellent job describing grief, pain, and guilt. The entire time I was reading this I kept wishing it were a movie. The visuals the author creates with his writing are stunning. Warning: Be prepared for a sad ending.

i feel like i wasted my time reading this book it was interesting up to the *plot twist* it was not horrible horrible to give it a 1 star so i’m giving a half too
the writing was confusing and kind of boring i was always checking how much left i have until the twist or until the end of the part

cadence was so stupid how can you light a damn fire on the ground floor first without thinking about the other 3 on the level below and above. it’s because of her that they died

i also though her grandfather whacked her at the head with the goose repeatedly

also what was that thing with the bleeding over her book i still don’t get if it was metaphor or literal
“dressed my wound” like was she suicidal or sh or she was feeling sad and her feelings were like a wound

gat was so bland he felt without personality he was saying thoughts to sound smart or philosophical but he was only talking about politics. talking about the issues in the world is not wrong but he was only talking about them also he’s a cheater
