I read this in one day. What a miracle! Love both Charlie and Zander, I want hug them and bless. And what this sneak to the possible second book! Omg. Im so in love. It is mostly essy read, but containted some topics. I cry several times
I really really wanted to like this book maybe even love but alas this book further made my slump worse. I don’t understand anything of what was going on and why it felt so boring. I would say though that I liked the writing style. It was very easy to get into and perhaps poetic even. The writing made me feel something, even though it was an ants size.

I loved it and I hated it. I liked both Charlie and Zander, and after I got over how ridiculous the premise seemed I was just happy to be along for the ride. BUT WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN THEY WERE BEING LIVE-STREAMED THE WHOLE TIME!!! I knew something was up, because Hawke was far to blasé about them just frolicking off on their own. But I was so angry I actually cried when it was properly revealed. They shared their deepest, darkest secrets with each other, and got all cosy together, only to discover the entire world was watching them. And then Scarlett, Hawke and Bentley were just like “so sorry you almost died multiple times, it made awesome television.” Needless to say I NEVER want to be on a show like that.
Aside from that, I also loved and hated it being set in Australia. Firstly, I love it because Lynette Noni is an Australian author, so OBVIOUSLY she should be writing books set in Australia. But it also still felt very American in some ways. Mainly because they kept talking in miles and feet. And Charlie was just chill with it??
It was cute though. And it talked about important things for young people.
