Solid research! Lots of running focus, which is understandable for the author. Lots of male focus too, maybe also understandable as less women live dangerously? More likely that we're just under the rader. More lady daredevils and endurance athletes to study, more women authors.

Otherwise, I good bit of learning and coaching material.
