Este libro es una obra maestra.
Calderón de la Barca nos transporta a una Polonia donde el Rey ha escondido al Príncipe en una torre, el Príncipe no puede distinguir la realidad del sueño, y los posibles herederos del trono están enredados en problemas amorosos, y ni siquiera el uno con el otro.
¡Me fascino!
Mi único arrepentimiento es no haberle leído antes.

Un clásico del teatro español. Calderon expone en esta obra a la condición humana y plantea cuestiones metafísicas como la libertad del humano, el libre albedrío y nos acerca a la necesidad del humano de una comunidad como animal social. 
No deja, por ello, de ser una obra amena y bien escrita. Transmitiendo  ideas de forma clara y con un continuo alivio cómico que relaja la lectura.
