I stayed up til 5am reading this in one sitting and I’m obsessed. Charlie and Dev are so cute, the banter was funny, and I SOBBED on more than one occasion. Amazing rep of different sexualities and mental illnesses that really hit home in a lot of ways. I didn’t want it to end!

This book was a very enjoyable read. Finished it really fast and liked it a lot. What I loved the most was the mental health rep and the asexual rep. Charlie and Dev were so relatable is several ways and at times I cried because of it.

The reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was written by a white woman and it shows. The characters felt relatable to me but I feel like they weren’t realistic in a “male sort of way” (whatever that’s supposed to mean, I don’t really understand myself). Also, the non white representation was just meh; barely there at all.

Charlie's character was very relatable because of his anxiety.

Selected for From Manhatten To Stars Hollow  TBR due to  Charlie being similar to Chandler because of his anxiety and DEV being similar to Monica because of his OCD.
