This was really cute and funny and I do love a good reality tv story. The mental health and LGBTQ representations are A+ as well.
But I wasn't as invested as I should've been considering all these facts. I think there was a certain "edge" to it that was missing for me. All the drama and angst that we did get felt a little forced to me? Like the characters made it more complicated than it is, just so that there could be a climax in the end.
All in all a cute story that was fun to read and made me feel seen but I don't think I will be thinking about it a lot in the future.

Die Kapitel sind leider ziemlich lang und da ich es absolut nicht mag mitten im Kapitel stoppen zu müssen, hatte ich trotz der spannenden Handlung meine Schwierigkeiten. Ich vergebe dennoch die volle Punktzahl (bzw. breche ich nur einen Zacken des letzten Sterns weg). Die Geschichte ist gepackt mit lustigen Szenen, einer Prise Drama und vielen Gefühlen. Man kann beim Lesen entspannen, lachen und mitfiebern. Außerdem wird viel aufgeklärt, unter anderem viel über mentale Gesundheit. Besonders für jüngere Leser ist es daher sicher eine wertvolle Lektüre. Hätte ich zum Hörbuch gegriffen, hätte ich es vermutlich in einem Rutsch durchgehört.
Tiene una mezcla muy buena entre comedia y seriedad. La historia de amor me convenció y creo que los personajes principales están bien construidos, especialmente en los temas personales y de romance. También le doy puntos extras por la manera en la que trata la salud mental.

Jestem w stanie się kłócić - to było naprawdę rozrywającące serce. Oczywiście, (trzeba przyznać) że były momenty gdy śmiałam się głęboko w duchu, ale to co ta historia zrobiła z moim sercem jest nieodwracalnie skandaliczne! Oraz piękne.
Dzięki tej książce, poznałam swojego ukochanego, fikcyjnego bohatera - Charlie Winshaw, jesteś moim wzorem do naśladowania, czemu nie możesz być prawdziwy, ja piernicze. Druga sprawa, Daphne lubiłam jako jedyną z dziewczyn. Sory (chociaż nie ograniczając się do uczestniczek, to Parisa jest moją idolką).
Pierwszy raz trzymając to wszystko w swoich dłoniach, pomyślałam "To będzie naprawdę ciekawa i zabawna historia, potrzebuje przeczytać coś tak lekkiego i klasycznego."
