- i have definitely fallen in love with adult romance
- i tried reading reviews bc doing that really changes my opinion but i personally cant find anything wrong with this book :> (well there are but i cant seem to point it out !)
*i finished it in one day/night yes 2AM till 7AM STRAIGHT thE worst decision but i did not regret HAHAH

pacing issues, characters who DO NOT act like their in their mid 30s, and cringey dialogue. that is to say, i had a fun if not frustrating time reading this. in comparison to some other romcoms, this is not the best, but certainly not the worst. the last 1/3 Olive really resonated with me.

Ik vond deze leuk! Gewoon chill zomerboek, typische romcom maar zonder dat het al te cliché wordt. Karakters zijn heel goed beschreven, je gaat als lezer zelf ook een beetje vallen voor mannelijk hoofdpersonage Ethan.

Eu tenho um apego enorme com esse livro, é oficialmente a 4ª vez que eu leio e garanto que poderia ler muitas e muitas outras vezes.
É um clichê, mas eu me divirto tanto com a Olive e o Ethan que eu nem ligo. A cena do paintball e do nascer do sol são facilmente minhas preferidas (junto do epílogo).
Tem seus problemas, principalmente de construção dos personagens. Parece que eles esquecem partes das suas personalidades para fazer a história seguir e recuperam duas páginas depois, completamente bizarro.
Mas eu recomendo fácil esse livro, se você ama uma comédia romântica ele vai ser perfeito. Leitura rápida e dinâmica com garantia de risadas.
