a beautiful collection of writings. often moving, though in what way varied pretty widely. my rating is because I don't think I'm a big fan of poetry collections just in general? but I appreciated this collection!

These poems feel so simple and intimate, like the author is speaking directly to the reader. Between that and the forays into biography between parts, this was a collection I couldn't put down.
