My favorite in the series so far! I am really liking the development with Kip and there were some twists at the end that I thoroughly enjoyed.
Ironfist?! What??
Some characters didn't get as much screen time as I wanted but there was this one thing he did to introduce little interludes from other characters that I really loved.
Using the fact that when the real cards have been absorbed by Kip to be interludes was brilliant because they would only be remembered in their time so that's why we saw them in their appropriate chronological spot from our perspective.
This has been less stressful for me than book 2 but it continues to be a series where I know I can't get comfortable with anything.

I sped through this book and didn't quite believe it when I looked on audible to see I only had 2 hours left, until my fiancé said I hadn't stopped listening. Oops. I loved this book as I have loved the others and I loved how long it was. I also really liked how Marissas(?) personality was revealed a little, instead of just being a slave. And the twists at the end! Next. One. Now.

Great book. Another!

The first book was okay, the second was significantly better, and the third continued the upward swing. It keeps going and twisting and turning.

The Broken Eye certainly had its ups and downs for me. However, since I'm so invested in this series, I felt obligated to finish it, and was I glad that I did. The ending left a lot left to be desired in the fourth and final book to be released in 2016 (hopefully sooner).

currently in the process of reliving the events of this book in my mind
(might not survive it the second time around)

the writing was something else though *fans self lavishly*

This is probably my favorite of the first three books. That ending though...

PHENOMENAL SERIES!!

I can't believe I have to wait for MONTHS for book 4! Everything about Brent Weeks' series is captivating. He's a brilliant story teller and an incredible character developer. Love love love!
