I wasn't sure what to expect going in to this. The ending wasn't my favorite, only because I would have loved to know more about what happened between the last chapter and the epilogue. It can all be inferred based on earlier chapters, so that's just me being nitpicky. I LOVED the characters, and how they interacted with each other. I was pulled so deeply into this world it was a bit of a shock to be pulled back out

Oh look, another book demonstrating that my taste in fictional men is questionable and yet somehow so very understandable. Right? RIGHT?!
Curse you Phantom of the Opera, Dimitri from Anastasia, and other not so perfect men who perfectly capture my heart.
So yeah this was a great read but I probably shouldn’t be rooting for total anarchy and yet I absolutely was. Cheating husbands? Fuck em. Giving up on dreams before even trying? Hah not anymore.
This was a coming of age story but focused on a 35 year old woman. Enough said.

This book are for those who can relate to a constant stream of questions and consciousness that stems from uncertainty. Those who have never experienced this, may have a challenging time processing wtf the main character is thinking.
Overall messaging of the book is buried at the end, but if you can make it through, it's a poignant one
