I read these a little out of order, starting with Truth or Tequila and then Raine Out, I absolutely had to hear more about Millie, Mason, Mack, Butch and the rest of the crew! I loved this book. Millie is smart and strong, of course being raised by a Navy SEAL she's had training her whole life. After years of mourning the loss of her father, she's worked hard to uncover secrets about her real mother. This leads her on a mission where she meets Mason, hello broody, protective man with a big heart for Millie. I love that this doesn't leave you in a big cliffhanger but definitely has me itching to read book 2, ASAP! I love Millie and Mason and intrigued to see where their story leads.
Books about being CIA / Navy SEAL? Count me in! I love being able to watch all this action but reading it… man, that’s a whole lot of adrenalin I wasn’t prepared for.

Fantastic book and quick read. The author wrote very well and kept my attention completely. Excited to see what else she comes out with.
I really enjoyed this sweet book. The storyline was incredibly unique and wasn’t entirely what I expected. It journeys through Millie’s life and her relationship with her father and secrets that have been dug up since his passing. Though this secret is a big one, it is an indirect part of the storyline. Millie builds a relationship with a SEAL team and starts to fall for one of the operators on the team. There are so many similarities between Mason and Millie’s father, and he helps her work through issues that she’s been keeping to herself for ...well... eight years! I loved the multi-perspective writing of this book as well. Chapters alternate between Mack, Mason, and Millie. This is all in all a solid book, it was on the shorter side and parts of it were a bit cheesy but who doesn’t like a little bit of cheese?
