I read this because I wanted a quick refresher on the original. It definitely worked well for that purpose. Gods, these characters! Mr. Lockwood is the worst, but so is Heathcliff. And so is Cathy. Ugh. :)

Increíble que al incio me haya parecido pesado y aburrido. Luego de pasar las primeras 50 páginas no pude para de leer. El toque de realismo mágico me parece fascinante y el final del tirano estupendo. Lo amo, de mis mejores lecturas.

Re-reading this book was certainly an Experience. Dark, haunting, epic. Certain sentences will stay with me for a long time.
