This was super cute, very very sweet and romantic. As much as I enjoyed it and found the narrator charming, I felt formulaic and not like it was bringing a whole lot new to the table in terms of the romance. A nice light fluffy read with a super fun side character (Jax!) and a cute resolution but maybe don't go out of your way for it.
This book was SO MUCH fun to read! Lots of flirty-fizzy-buzz feelings and other emotions conveyed in a truly relatable way, so that I felt like Abby was some long-lost twin even though there are a lot of experiences we don’t share. I’m not super into fashion, but it was so clearly and organically important to Abby that I didn’t mind hearing descriptions of her outfits (a detail I sometimes have found tedious in other books). I brought this on a beach vacation and it was PERFECT. Now, the only problem is… I finished it!
