Great read

The story is so good…. I loved the development with the characters but man I have to keep reminding myself that she’s supposed to be 18 cause this girl can be frustrating!!!! It’s a love/hate relationship.

I think that this book was a decent book and I definitely will be reading the third book in the trilogy. Some parts were just drawn out in monotony. The action scenes were good but the in between felt like it didn’t have much substance in my opinion.
The whole group of friends makes it to Lilith and Katherine’s home hidden away. Axel and Donovan become full blow werewolves. The vamps family is friends with a neighboring pack where the alpha female turns out to be Sadie’s mom. The mom that Tyler had claimed died during childbirth. Turns out she fled after a maid had told her that Sadie died. Sadie also not Tyler’s daughter. She’s a fae named Rook’s daughter that her mom Winter had fallen for prior to being mated to Tyler. We don’t think Tyler knows but guess what he knows. Also the fae don’t do half breeds so they’re drying to come kill Sadie. She finds a fae she ran into in the first book to get her magic protected from the other fae being able to detect it. There def something there with the other fae and her some sort of relationship we don’t know about yet. And icing on top of the cake Brock kidnaps Sadie. Book ends with Brock’s men holding Sadie down and his canines extending to bite her. But does he? Idk next book time.

Wow! I loved the first book, but this one blew me away. Family secrets never stay buried long and this book is chock full of them. Sadie and Donovan are trying to figure out how to get away from Tyler's lies and betrayals while also learning that Sadie's entire life has been a lie. And that brutal cliffhanger... Thank goodness I already have book 3 ready to go!
