THIS BOOK!!!

Ripple Effect is the third and final installment of the Coastal University series [crying] and it was such a beautiful book to finish out this series.

Daisy and Elio support each other so well, and help each other come into their own. I love their growth in this story and i LOVE that we got to see Harper, Luca, June, Beck and Kaia again! And Bentley, the star of the show I love him so much!!

Elio and Daisy's love is so soft and sweet, and no two people deserve it more. I love the slow burn of it all, the way their friendship started and grew so strong and beautifully before they decided to take the next step, despite knowing their feelings for each other. Both Elio and Daisy are dealing with a lot of things in their own lives, and I love that they are both so gentle with each other and supportive - they hold space for each other in the most beautiful ways. They truly feel like soulmates, like two people who came into the other person's life at the exact right time.

Congrats to Ki on yet another wonderful book, and the completion of Coastal U <3

"It's okay. You lean on me, I lean on you?"
"Yeah, Daisy girl," he says softly. "That's the deal."

I'm surprised but honestly I also expected a little bit more from these books. I don't know, I feel the characters and the premise are original and have a lot of potential but somehow everything feels rushed and just with a little bit more development or actually using those subplots would've been so much better.

anyway, I'm shocked about how.much I actually ended up liking elio mostly because in the first book I couldn't stand him lol but he's redeem himself and now I feel very protective lol
loved he and daisy's dynamics, they were very healthy and straightforward since the beginning, oh how satisfactory is when the characters actually communicate and are honest with each other and apologize and you don't let a dumb argument or misunderstanding drag chapter after chapter that was probably my favorite part of the book.

She tilts her head, looking at me curiously. "Why does that scare you?"
"Because we're all just so tiny, so meaningless."
"No, Elio, we're infinite." Her voice is soft, her expression sincere.

such a nice moment and a nice quote but it made me think of the fault in our stars like I'm looking at you ki stephens I was there too girly pop.

anyway I'm over with this trilogy, it was such a nice discovery and overall a different type of romance that I'm accustomed to seeing or more specifically, felt like a fresh breath of air regarding all the romances that are popular right now.

my review got deleted and i remember NOTHING about this book except that it's friends to lovers
