Slow start, doesn’t gain speed until 3/4 way thru.

After reading so many of the Will Trent books, I don’t know how I missed this one but it makes the relationship between Amanda and Will finally make sense. Great book.

This was definitely the best book of the series so far. It deff cleared up a lot of what happened with wills parents. I personally like how this book showed Amanda in a different light. Also Angie is 1000% insane and it drives me nuts will still keeps engaging with her. Loved the ending to this book.

I love Karin Slaughter and this series. I rated it only 4 stars because Slaughter does tend to be too gratuitous with the violence in her writing. It can be a bit overwhelming at times. Her stories as always are well crafted and engaging and this series is what I pick up when I am in a reading slump.
