Oh la la c’était tellement mauvais.
On voit que l’autrice a bien évolué, ça n’a rien à voir avec ses livres récents.
Tout allait bien trop vite, pas assez de développement des chapitres.
L’histoire est vraiment pleine de moments choquants, et c’est dommage que tout aille si vite ça gâche un peu le tout.
Ex: les moments de révélation de trauma qui sont survolé et ça passe à la suite comme si de rien n’était.

First lemme say, PLEASE CONSIDER THE TRIGGER WARNING!
With that out the way...this book was WHEW! I mean honestly, I didn’t know what to expect or even really what I was getting Into but boy was I pleasantly surprised! I’m a no triggers kind of girl, I can take pretty much anything and this book had it ALL! I will say, at first I was a little put off by the constant “change of scenery” like one minute i’m a 30 year old and the next i’m 8 and then i’m 15 then i’m 3 and then it’s present day but as I kept reading it all made sense! This book was everything, I read it every chance I got. I love love love Catalina and Claudia and I even love Marcelo. The hurt and the pain he’s living with on a constant AH, I ached for him! And then that two chapters to the end surprise! man oh man what a read!

Catalina was too goody goody and that shit with Allegra, I don't want to imagine Enzo getting a hea with her
i srsly dont know what to feel abt this book. one thing's for sure tho, lancet rly has a thing for theatrics. the last few chaps gave me a headache.

Wow, this is beyond any dark romance out there and my first time reading a Veronica Lancet novel. The writing was excellent and the author who knows how to push boundaries. Yes there were trigger scenes that were difficult to read but you can’t help cheering for H and h. The story wasn’t perfect but it was damn close. I wish the H tried to find the h sooner but I’m glad it all worked out.
