I love how real and raw this story is turning out to be. This why choose has more feels and realistic struggles than a lot of dark romance. We see the dynamic shift and meld as life throws 'bumps in the road' towards this family unit. I love the why choose family dynamic representation. I also love seeing the mental struggles along with medical conditions arise. The pacing is good for all the tragedy and feels.
This is a why choose high school romance. There is themes of bullying and some topics that may be sensitive to some, so check your trigger warnings. There's a decent amount of spice and all the feels.

This is the final book in the Black Falls High series and it was fantastic! It answers the questions left from previous books and gives us a HFN ending. I can’t really talk about this book without mentioning the whole series so I am just going to sum it all up in this review.
Wow, there are not enough words to describe how much I have loved this series. The storyline is well thought out and was interesting enough to keep me riveted through all the books without feeling as though it was being dragged out. I thought the characters really developed through the books and although I love all the Horsemen I must admit Enzo was my favourite. The spice level through the whole series is spicy and gets progressively spicier with each book, there are some really heavy themes throughout but I thought they were all very well written. Overall this is one of my favourite why choose series I have read to date and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that likes this genre of book.

Great end to this story, I have a feeling there will bo more, but not sure whose story. The characters, and world were very well written. The whole series was amazing.

There are not many books/series that I need to take a moment to recover from, but DAMN, this was the time.
I finished books 2, 3, and 4 in the last 3 days and I'm feel like I'm still in the Black Falls High world. Warning: this series is not for the faint of heart and possible triggers for some. That being said, WHAT A ROLLERCOASTER! Rosalie as the FMC was not going to take sh*t from anyone, even the horsemen. Though, when she needed to, she let her men in to help her, but didn't assume they would save her from every danger that popped up. This book saw her deal with the aftermath of some pretty traumatic experiences and she came out fighting. Fox, Cole, Enzo, and Ethan..... what to say about them? They are all very different and each with their own baggage that leads their own stories throughout the series and this book. Enzo was the biggest surprise for me in this book. His morphing into more a leader was something I liked to see. Plus, I mean, HOT bossy alpha-male in charge? Yes please. Love all the boys but, Cole and Enzo were definitely my favorites. Anyway, if you are ready for the ride that is Rosalie and her men, I highly recommend you jump in!!

This was a really good wrap up to the series. There were happy tears and sad tears. I swear this author has it out for me to make sure I cry each book. We got to see Ethan and Rosalie's recovery, their return to school with rampant rumors roaming the halls. More shit from Juliet and Ian's father. A new character was introduced (Spencer) who gets involved with someone and will have their own series. Rosalie and her guys finally got their happy ending, and some didn't. One character's fate was inevitable, but I still felt bad while another character's fate was 100% deserving. And of course, the spice was good. There was one sweet gesture that the guys did for Rosalie and Cole and oh my goodness it made me wanna cry. And then one scene that was just sad overall. And then one scene where I was absolutely shocked, and it was just messed up and of course it involved Juliet.
I can't wait to read the series of their story continuing while they are in college.
