Hilarious, hot, sweet, and perfect!
This is my favorite rom-com that I’ve read this year! As soon as I started it I was laughing my butt off and couldn’t put it down. I was hooked on the story line and invested in the characters.
Brody is the typical bad boy, playboy. He has an ego to match the size of “Thor.” He, as proven in his history, can get whatever girl he wants. That is, until he meets feisty, confident Rainey on an unexpected trip to the ER. He refuses to give up without a fight! I couldn’t get enough of their banter! Their chemistry sparked off the pages, and it caused an awesome amount of sexual tension that we just waited to watch explode.
These two have the absolute best meeting that I’ve read in a long time. I was laughing so hard I was crying. It was so hilarious. The comedy doesn’t stop there though! This was the perfect rom-com.
I loved seeing the whole gang again from the previous book. You can read this as a standalone but I highly recommend you check out the first in the series, Deal Breakers, first. You will get to know so many of the characters and fall in love with them just like I did!
Told in dual POV this story allows for a hilarious, and sometimes emotional, look directly into both of the main characters minds. It made connecting with them very easy and I couldn’t help but fall in love with both of them and become their number one fan!

How amazing was this book??? Real freaking amazing, why you wonder...because who doesn’t want a hottie like Brody? He is a guy you love to hate but love wins out every time! Definitely a must read, our amazing author Laura Lee doesn’t disappoint!!!

This is a laugh out loud sexy romp! Don’t miss it!
I am just loving this series of Laura Lee’s, the characters are so great, they are real and you will have a tough time not connecting with them. It’s going to make you want to keep reading and never stop.
Brody is a player and his ultimate prize is Rainey. But they have a lot of obstacles in their way. This story is so much more than laughs and sex, although there is a lot of both of those, this is a story of two people taking on these obstacles and moving past them.
Go grab these books, you are going to love spending time with Brody, Rainey, Drew, Devyn, Riley, Nathan and Charlee. Trust me on this.

Deal Takers (Dealing With Love book 2) by Laura Lee

This was my first book by this author and now I need more! I didn't read book 1, but I wasnt lost at all.
This wasnt the typical romance book for me. I was laughing from page one and throughout of course but it also had sone very heartbreaking scenes as well.
Brody, oh this man, he doesn't give up and his jokester attitude makes it hard to believe he takes things seriously.
Rainey, i loved her but I wanted to shake her too and tell her to open her eyes.
The chemistry between these two was explosive and I just fell in love with them.

From the very first time that Brody met Rainey he has had a thing for her despite how unfortunate that situation was and the fiancé that she has. Four years later, she has finally ditched the fiancé and Rainey can finally no longer deny her attraction to Brody.
Brody and Rainey are the funniest couple I have ever met. I was laughing so hard through so much of this book. Their banter was best that I have seen in a long time - so freaking hilarious. I haven't had a grin this big throughout a book in I don't know how long. And don't even get me started on their chemistry - holy oh my hotness. While Brody was being hilarious as all get out I could see how much he loved Rainey, which made me love him even more. Rainey annoyed me a tad bit but I understood her hesitation a tad bit. But overall this was a super fun and steamy book that I loved dearly.

This story is amazing. With this story you get to learn more about Rainey and Brody who we met in Deal Breakers. We still get to enjoy Devin and Nathan, The way the relationship between Brody and Rainey develops is enchanting. There are so many times when Brody is telling us his thoughts I agree with him 100%. When you find the right one everything is so much better!

This book truly has one of the funniest and most ridiculous openings I have ever read and it's stays funny throughout. However, I did not enjoy the writing - the characters are constantly talking down to the reader and cutting in when all I want is to enjoy the moment and description. The way this book is constantly trying to give you life lessons, especially in the middle of spice, made me cringe all the way through.
Additionally, while the spice is fairly good, the characters are very uninteresting.

This is the first book that I have read by this author and I cannot believe that I haven’t before. This book had everything I love in it (apart from Thor references!!), the fact that it made me laugh out loud on page one meant that I knew I was in for a good read and it didn’t let up the whole way through. I LOVED this story!! I literally laughed out loud reading the beginning. That’s what snuckered me in. From the first page to the last i was entranced. This is exactly my kind of book. This is written with humor and snark. Each of these characters are filled to the brim with each one. Brody is actually fuller then brim he probably has a second cup full. The things that boy says? I’m never know if I going to be shocked or just in awe. He definitely has a way with words and persistence?....he is covered in that as well.
The relationships between all these characters is amazing. They are all friends or friends of friends. The characters are so “real” that I forget they are characters in a book. The interactions between them are so “normal” that I feel like they could be in the room with me. The girls have a great besties friendship. They boys..well they have the smarty comments/back slapping macho man stuff. But together they all have a fantastic time together and I love hanging out with them.
This is a first time author for me! I loved her writing style so I will be checking out other books from her. Also I see she has a third book in the works for this series. I will be looking forward that as well.
