Incredible essay which compiles different research, interviews and opinions that are relevant to enlight anyone who is interested in the topic (as allies or trans people as well). It is saddening to see the political climate you perceive as a person in another country being reiterated in this book. I found so many things that I have seen, know people who have suffered them or experienced them myself here. But still this book remains a beacon of light, it provides ideas, some very thoughtful suggestions and solutions to real problems that could be implemented in the short and long term. It also takes intersectionality into account, which is very necessary to have a discurse about, as all trans people are affected by transmisogyny to some degree.
