really interesting!

This particular book was surprisingly better than the others in saga two. I was impressed!

Brambleclaw, don’t be like this.

Good but Squirrelflight is being too stubborn on Brambleclaw.

I loved seeing the clans find new places to host Gatherings and a new spot to meet with Starclan. Leafpaw really shined in this book, and I loved that for her. However, the tension between Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight irked me a bit the longer it went on.

All the books I've rated 5 stars from 2006~2013 will be getting that star rating removed. Unless I plan on doing a re-read.

Damn!!! This is a well earned favorite of the Warriors series for me!!! It’s been creeping up and up and then this one!! The chapters with Leafpaw were so compelling! The chapters with Brambleclaw were layered! I genuinely didn’t know how they were gonna work out some of the problems even though these books are a sort of predictable usually! Plus this one has so many answers to questions as well as posing so many more.
The main thing that annoyed me was Firestar not appointing a Deputy while the main thing I loved was the development of Leafpool and Crowfeathers relationship! (Both of whom have the best character names! (Fireheart is also perfect but then he had to go and become leader XD) I’m very excited for what this means for the rest of the series and potential changes and growth in the Warrior Code?! Or just more heartache?!
Either way it’s compelling!!!
