Dang, Elijah was hot. I mean, not just his description, but how he just completely took care of Hadley.

Now, Hadley is a very young single mom, with a deadbeat ex, taking care of 2 kids and trying to work as well. Enter Elijah, the grumpy neighbor who at first proclaims "he hates kids" but pretty soon starts looking for excuses to hang with Hadley and her daughter Lucy (and baby Eli too).

I'd say this book works, because you immediately root for Hadley and want what's best for her. And Elijah just simply starts becoming the best step-dad and boyfriend ever, with minimal transition from friendly neighbor. They are a great couple.

Only qualm...
Spoiler the whole breast feeding fetish was a bit icky to me.

I thought it was a cute story, albeit quite cheesy.

Hadley is a pregnant single mom. She's ready to give birth to her son Eli soon, but when her new neighbours starts picking fights with her 3-year-old, Hadley has to deal with him. But Elijah is not what she expects. And the more time the two spend together, the more they can't stop their feelings from manifesting. But Hadley has already been burned once, and trusting another guy is hard.
