The spicy scenes in this book were SPICY. You may never look at a cucumber 🥒 the same way again after reading this. That said, this wasn’t my favorite. There were several sweet and swoony moments, but overall I didn’t love the characters. While I understand both characters had trauma they were battling, I weren’t endearing or particularly lovable. The MMC was a giant jerk at times and I needed more groveling to forgive him.
