i hate this book. there’s literally nothing i like about it which is why i’m changing my rating from a 2✰ to a 1✰.

none of the characters were likable, the story itself was sooo unrealistic, and the ending was completely horrendous.

definitely do not recommend!!

This book was low key infuriating. Not very believable and so predictable that it was a little unpredictable because I didnt think it would be that obvious. I kept thinking that it'd be a really good ending if the villian became Ivy. I kept expecting it to get better but the ending was horrible. Honestly wouldn't recommend this book, but the writing was decent if the plot had been better and if the characters besides Ivy were more developed.

Review for an e-copy from Netgalley

4.5 stars.

This has the addictive qualities of a Lifetime movie, where you might know what tropes or a few twists here and there, but can't fully guess what might happen next, so you're stuck between two or three options. Now if those movies aren't for you, chances are you will not like this book, but if this interests you and do like those or aren't familiar with the YA thriller genre, it is definitely worth a read.

Not a fan of the writing style of this book. It feels very simple and I'm not loving the 1st person POV. I didn't get far enough to speak on the plot, but from what I did read it's very cliche and not done originally. For a Thriller I wasn't pulled in.

This book was giving me young adult version of Freida McFadden book vibes. I knew from the beginning that something was up with Iris. I never would’ve thought that it would have all these twists and turns for YA. Even though it was a YA book, it was still really good and kept me intrigued the whole time. I will definitely read more by author. The ending had me on the edge of my seat, even though I expected it a little I definitely did not expect that coming!

This was so intriguing!!! I loved every second of it and I read it in one sitting! The way the plot plays out is amazing and it kind of had me questioning if what i thought was going on, was actually what was going on! It was but i still had moments of questioning it. The ending had me floored!!!! I love the cliffhanger endings from natasha!!
