Classic Star Wars: Return of the Jedi by Archie Goodwin

Well, as most of the great moments of these movie were adlibbed (especially "I love you. I know.") this comic isn't very good. While Episode IV had tidbits not in the movie, this just glosses over some of the best scenes. From Han and Leia's kiss being interrupted to Luke's training, this was more of a let down than anything else, making it only a 2.5 stars.

It sticks pretty closely to the film, shot for shot; the art is perhaps better executed but less imaginative (if you see what I mean).

For some reason I always forget what happens in this one!! Most of my graphic novels have been Marvel remastered editions, but this one is from Dark Horse and I love it!! The pages and the ink are amazing. They look and feel a lot different. Real. Authentic almost. There’s a lot of good info in here that helps set up for Return of the Jedi. I’m stoked to read the rest of these graphic novels before I start the novel adaptations.

Not a huge fan of the artwork (it's definitely better in this one) but the story is the one we all know and love.
