Reading about the science of sex is maybe not what everyone wants to read about, but this was soooo educational as someone who had a non existent sex education growing up.

The book has great insights on the physical/biological working on sex response particularly for women(cis) Though due to my interest in the field, this book feels like more of an intro book, and repeated info I'd already learned. So great read for couples who want to communicate more (hetero) or pp interesting in the basics of sex science

Gosh I struggled with the rating for this book. Some parts of it were so interesting & almost fun, other parts were extremely informative, but the analogies were also a lot and some of them were so ridiculous. Overall, an interesting read but a lot of bits that could have been skipped.
