Learned so so so much about women's bodies, sex and pleasure! It's wonderful to have names to experiences in my own body.

Absolutely brilliant, but FAR too long I struggled to get through it. I feel like a lot of people will DNF, but I persisted for about 2 years (on and off)

Helpful, evidence-based, and definitely worth the read.
4/5
I believe that no matter your gender, sexual orientation, relationship status, or state of your sex life, you will benefit from reading this book. Nagoski illustrates through the real stories of women why your body works the way it does and how to respond and work with it to better your sex life. She approaches this from a no shame perspective that puts into context what is and isn't working in the bedroom for you and why. My main reason for not giving this a higher rating is that she is very heavy handed on the metaphors and it honestly made it harder to understand rather than putting it in layman's terms. I'd rather she just use the actual words for everything.
