I really enjoyed this book! The open-ended epilogue was also much appreciated as there is room for a sequel. :D

I could not connect with the main character at all I get that she has a traumatic past but I felt like the first part of the book focused on it so much I couldn’t push through it to even get to the mystery

This book was amazing! I absolutely LOVED the setting. The setting by itself was a huge intrigue to me. You add in the murder, lies, secrecy, and character interactions and you have an fantastic story. I couldn't put this book down!

It should've been a BANG...the vision of a hotel in the Swiss Alps which - due to the unfortunate snowy weather - becomes isolated from the outer world is a winning idea. People being abducted; also a fascinating concept. Characters with gray - if not black - pasts; could not love it more. Honestly have no idea what went wrong, the last 1/3 felt like squirming. I had high hopes for this book & I'm truly sorry to rate it this low!
