This mystery was very interesting! I also enjoyed the bits of history put into the story and the accurate history lesson at the end.

This book in the series was a bit darker, not much action happened until the end but it had a dark ominous feeling and something lurked in the shadows. Quite different from the previous books but not in a bad way.

I love this series of books. I think I prefer the other ones in the series as there was more about the train and travel which I had been enjoying.
There was more character development in this one though and it was still an engaging and enjoyable read.

Not quite as good as the first three in the series. It felt a bit rushed, and there were a number of minor typos which should have been picked up before the book went to print. Still an enjoyable read - I really do enjoy the authors’ style and will definitely read the next one!
