Cute and fluffy. No substance and again the regency time period isn’t pretty atrocious, but it’s fantasy so whatever. Liked this a lot better than the second one which I read first. The characters are more loveable!

3,75 ⭐️ C’était sympa et divertissant, j’ai beaucoup aimé Dora et Elias ! L’ambiance était très appréciable, les touches d’humour aussi, je regrette juste que le world-building soit si inexistant (comment marche la magie ? qu’est-ce que la Faërie exactement ?) même si je comprends bien que ce n’est pas le but de ce livre

wonderful lil book :) been extremely stressed out recently due to… so much, and i just needed an escape for a while to decompress and not want to kms. i love how atwater writes, and im gonna go track down some more of her books to disassociate into!

The concept surrounding this book was very interesting and it was a nice lighthearted palate cleanser. Very cute book! 

The scenes in faerie and Lord hollowvale were pretty ridiculous and a little bit cringe but baring that this book was very enjoyable. The banter and Dora's one-liners were very entertaining.
