Back at it again with the Todo Fam Drama

This volume starts off with the Endeavor and Dabi fight, which is actually just Dabi beating the crap out of Endeavor and then leads to Hawks having a tragic backstory and then one of my favorites; the Todorki Family Drama.

Shouto is there to talk some crap and eat some soba, while also serving some good looks in a turtleneck while he let's his sister and brother cry a bit. It's a classic move.

And then we get into the school stuff again, and I myself have read most of this online and know what's going on but I'm a sucker for Tokoyami and Momo fighting so I read it anyway and it was some quality content.

So much stuff! Endeavor fight, Dabi appearance and more Todoroki family drama (im with Natsu), Hawks trying to infiltrate the league of villains, midoriya having dreams about his predecessors, and some good old training stuff with Class b?? I love it all. I like the little bits of focus on the other student characters we get in school based training scenes like this. Tokoyami's training with Hawks was so cute!!

I’m back to reading manga again and I just binged this series again. I left off right after the whole Nighteyes *thing* and needed time. Now I remember why I loved this series so much. It’s stylized well, has a growing cast of characters who are interesting but don’t detract from the mains, and continues to not make it easy for Izuku.

Excited to learn more about Hawks. I really enjoyed seeing the Todoroki children interact. Love getting Class B quirks and hero names. Lots of fun, but still fast-paced things happening.

There were several individual panels I really liked in this volume. Bakugo’s angry teeth snatching Deku’s compliment out of the air was such a clever touch. Tokoyami and Tsu are my two favorites, so I loved that they really got to shine, and I laughed out loud when Todoroki sassed his dad. Class B kind of bores me, but I love Shinzo, though.
