This book has been on my TBR for a long time. So what better book to start my cowboy era. Burned us an amazing book. Full of heart as well as being super hot. I loved every minute of Jack and Evvie story. Filled with lots of drama as well as a lovely romantic story. I’ve loved every minute of this book. I cannot wait to spend more time at Cade Ranch.

If you are entering or are already firmly established in your cowboy romance era, you are going to love this! I really enjoyed Burned, the characters were really well fleshed out and their emotions felt genuine, something I could connect with.

The relationship dynamics between each character too was something tender and familial which just gave me that cozy ranch setting vibe.

The romance in this was super cute too, slowish burn with a will they won’t they vibe, and I’m here for it! The drama and plot in this book kept me engaged throughout and it was exciting and freaky at the same time, which I loved. I definitely will be carrying on with this series and felt like as an introduction into Greta Rose West’s writing it was a belter.

A cheesier, sexy cowboy rendition of Twilight. Do with that what you will

Finding A Home For Their Hearts

I was not expecting the roller coaster of emotions this book took me on, but I was thankful for the journey. I’m a sucker for an abused heroine saved by the alpha hero (or saved by herself for that matter), but this was so much more than that. There were twists that I wasn’t expecting, and to say that Everlea & Jack were both full on in denial of their feelings…well, that would be putting it mildly lol. There was a beautifully realistic depth to ALL of the characters that left me fully invested in the outcome of the storyline, and dying to know what’s in store for all the other amazing characters I was introduced to. I laughed, sighed, shook my head, gripped the edge of my seat, and finally cried (heartbreaking & happy tears). Do NOT hesitate to grab this book!!!

Heartbreaking yet hopeful…

Though sad and distressing sometimes Everlea’s life has made her a strong and resilient person. Jack has also seen his share of sadness. When his surrogate grandmother brings them together they both fight the attraction. But they just can’t resist the chemistry. Not, if they can just find and eliminate the baddie. Sweet and sexy and a good read.
