Although still a good book, I just didn't find it as capturing as the first two books. I don't know why but I didn't love Jenna and Jimmy's story as much.

Somehow this reminds me of the second book, because both Jenna and Katelyn are similar in a way that they have insecurities, but I find Jenna less frustrating to read about compared to Katelyn (I remember wanting to strangle Katelyn because ENOUGH ALREADY with the indecisiveness).

Either way, the story didn't have the same pull to me as the first book (I adored the first book, gah). It's just an okay read for me, tbh, mainly because Jimmy is a sweetheart (and English).

This is the third book in the Beaumont series. This is rocker Jimmy (JD) and Jenna’s story. They seem an unlikely pair, JD likes to play the field, never settling down with one girl. He’s not ever risking his heart again. Jenna has avoided dating for years, also avoiding any entanglements. Suddenly Jimmy and Jenna find themselves together for a night and then drawn together. Can they really overcome their pasts and settle down and find love?
Loved their story!! Can’t wait to read more about these characters, jumping right into book 4.

Love romances involving musicians. Always gets me.

THESE BOOKS... UHH!!! SO MUCH LOVE

Well, that was a disappointment. I loved the first two books so much and this one just felt rushed and overly dramatic/unrealistic and the plot was so convoluted. And the nickname Sweet Lips made me cringe every single time I read it. meh.

What a sexy read! This book had a lot of drama. And while I think the previous entry was better, this book was still amazing. I was left wanting more.

Here I was all excited to read about the bad boy British rocker of the band, but I was sorely let down.

I loved all the British slang used by Jimmy. However, the whole wifey thing was enough to make me wanna scream. I hate when friends use it online but seeing it in the book was ten times worse.

Seriously, why do authors love knocking up the heroines after one night stands? I hate this. Of course they get married, question if their spouse really loves them or not, and have a baby all while settling the "Does he really love me?" question.

Jimmy's ex Chelsea was a manipulative little bitch, his father was an asshole and Jenna's ex Damien was just there as a filler.

4 Stars for JD and Sweet Lips

"I don’t do commitments, but when I look at you, I see a future. I see my future."

I actually enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. It wasn't as bland as 'My Unexpected Forever' but it still wasn't better than 'Forever My Girl'. No one can be better than Liam for me. Jimmy was a pretty good second, though. He was really sweet in this book. I loved that as soon as he found out what Jenna was hiding from him he completely changed his lifestyle. That was very commendable of him.

One of the other things that kept me on my toes in this book was the DRAMA. So much happened. Lots of it I didn't expect, some was just predictable. But it kept me wanting to read to see how it all ended up. Some characters had me really frustrated (James and Chelsea mostly) while others had me fawning all over them (Jimmy).

Jenna and Jimmy's relationship was really sweet. Lots of adorable and sexy moments that I immensely enjoyed. I loved how he gave her and Eden nicknames. It was cute. He was just being an all around good guy to her throughout the whole book, which I loved. He easily was added to 'My Book Boyfriends' list. It's hard not to fall for him. He's very charming haha.

Don't really have much to say about this. It's more interesting than I made it sound, but you'll have to read it in order to understand why I liked it. I didn't want to give anything away.
