It was a cute, quick read. I love these kinds of series where you can envision these quaint little towns and the nutty townspeople. You can't read too many of these or else the all start to sound the same. This was a great book for a Sunday afternoon read.

Fluff - pure and simple. But sometimes that's what I need.

Enjoyed this book for the most part, but Hannah Swenson was incredibly hypocritical and sometimes downright cruel in her internal monologue about the other characters in this book. Hopefully in the other books in the series, she will be less critical of others and due some better self reflection.

This was a pretty good mystery. I loved the cozy small town feel and delicious sounding treats. However, all the characters are kind of off-putting, and the fat phobic comments were unnecessary and offensive.
