This was a pretty good sequel to the last book. Um... yeah, not much else to say, but I did like the fact that

Yangchen wasn't as perfect as everyone thought, and Kuruk was a lot better than everyone thought. The two of them subverted everyone's expectations.

. I hope more novels in this universe come out, because reading this and the previous book was a very enjoyable experience.
