It was well written and so lovely... I loved reading every single part of it.. Every scene was in intricate detail.. From the deal that was supposed to help the MMC to depending on the FMC for his life.. Also the smut was also epic.. It was funny reading FMC getting addicted to the MMC ways of pleasing her

I enjoyed this far more than I thought I would. It wasn't an enemies to lovers, it was a fake dating trope. Chloe and Barrett, were likeable and cute and their chemistry was palpable. I wasn't expecting for this to be so spicy, like it's a lot. I was captivated and entertained from start to finish. The tension for the first half of the book was chefs kiss
