This was cute, but I wish the reason they started fake dating wasn’t full on blackmail and was more mutually beneficial. I think the plot still could have worked well without the MMC literally holding the FMC’s job and livelihood over her head.

This was cute, fluffy and exactly what I felt like. This was recommended by an influencer I follow and I do not regret my choice to read it. It wasn’t too long, so I finished it quick and oh was it the perfect in between some of my upcoming book series. Chloe and Barret were a cute couple, and I love how their personalities seem like they clash so much but in the end they really do seem like they’re made for each other.
Bonus points for the dogs name being Baxter, because that’s my dogs name too!
