Ahhhh idk if I’m truly #teamjameson or #teamgrayson. The book started off right where the first book left off so it hit the ground running. More action than puzzle in this book.

This was a good follow up to the Inheritance Games and I enjoyed all the little riddles and games that ran throughout the book. I think the mystery surrounding Avery's heritage is really interesting so I'm glad it was delved into a lot more in this book.
Even though I flew through the book it seems like a lot of filler. I know there are more books in the series so there is clearly more story to tell but I feel like a lot of what happened in this installment could have been cut down. There was a huge focus on the love triangle between Avery, Greyson and Jameson too and I just don't care about it. Nash is 100% my favourite character and I hope he's got a bigger role in the future books.
