It's Layl'a first day of class and she's nervous. She's the only one in her class that wears a scarf around her head, some of her classmates don't understand her scarf but most of them work to make her feel comfortable.

I love the diversity of the characters and the drawings. A great book to share.

I am eh on this book because I think that it could be so much better. Like other reviewers, I expected more. I would have loved some back story, some explanations, etc.
