This was a really fun novel to read. Engaging from the start, Red, White & Royal Blue isn’t a novel I would normally find within my taste range, as far as genre goes, but it was really fun to read all the way through. The characters were engaging, the plot was compelling, and all of the relationships felt extremely strong. A fantastic novel to read.

Trope-y, predictable, but overall very cute and well written.

okay so i would give it 2.5 if i could and i feel bad because 2 is really low. i really loved the romance parts and the characters are very cute together but like halfway through it just got wayyyy too into the politics and everything was extremely unrealistic and i can see why liberals would eat this up but it is so far off from reality that i could not enjoy the ending at allllll so therefore i ended up not enjoying it as a whole. cute moments tho fs
