I just wasn't impressed. Book could have been at least a 100 pages shorter. It wasn't a whodunnit, that was obvious almost from the get go. It isn't a whydunnit, just as obvious as the who. And i hate the strong capable woman turns into wishy washy pushover for a man who consistently lies and belittles her trope. The only reason i finished it was because you could skip pages and pages and not miss anything. I'll try another book by this author to see if it's just this book. But so far she's not living up to the hype in my eyes.

1. Violet eyes?? Really?
2. What happened to the bullet hole? Sounds like she was facing forward but they never mention it besides the missing skull
3. Why didn’t they try the glasses sooner?
4. Couldn’t she text Bridget? Why didn’t they talk at all?
5. Why didn’t she tell anyone what she remembered about her dream?
6. The whole cheating thing felt so rushed

I started out really enjoying this book. I liked being able to see Freida’s medical background in the book. The story itself fell flat for me, though. I called the ending right away and there were none of her typical twists. Definitely left me feeling meh
