A necessary read about Japanese American Internment Camps. This history has been nearly wiped from our textbooks. Never forget and never let it happen again. Abolish ICE. Don't @ me.

Great book! I liked the graphics. I felt like the author’s choice to “time-travel” was brilliant. It respected the unknown history and it also made way for the notion that the trauma of racism is passed down generationally and “remembered” by the current generations.

I was really excited about this book, unfortunately the art was not my cup of tea. I couldn’t find it easy to get into and the scenery didn’t really set the scene or make me feel like I was there.
