As someone who has been in a lifelong relationship with chocolate and anything sweet and is now looking to break up with it and all things sugary for health reasons the cover of this book grabbed me whilst flicking through amazon recommendations for me. A well written yet concise, informative and humorous read about Ellen's decision to quit sugar and give up her beloved chocolate.
