Definitely one of the best Christie novels. The way she builds tension and character interaction is SO enjoyable. I loved the red herrings, and was actually really proud of myself for guessing the correct answers to the plot and sideplot with the clues we were given. Very enjoyable, will be rereading.

Delightfully charming, if not a little slow for the first half. It's not hard to predict the ending, but the twist remains enjoyable regardless.

Only my second ever Agatha Christie book and it feels almost relaxing in a way because I know I'm in very good hands. Wish I could say I predicted who did but I did not 😅 Definitely has some outdated expressions and showed it's age in parts but the mystery element itself holds strong!
